Check the latest updates for your Fizzi Shop order using your secure order-status link.

How to track your order

1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and tap View your order or the tracking link.
2. If asked to verify your details, enter your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you ordered using a phone number, use that number when prompted.
3. On your order-status page, look for the shipment details. When tracking is available, your tracking number and carrier link appear there. Tap the tracking link to see updates on the carrier’s website.

You can also sign in to view your orders using the email address used at checkout.

Can't see tracking yet?

Tracking appears after your shipment’s tracking details have been added. If your order is marked fulfilled but no tracking link is shown, please contact us so we can check with the delivery partner. For orders sent in separate parcels, check each shipment’s details.
