You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order number, to be eligible.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of international shipping and third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or shipping delays.

Personal care items, undergarments, and perishable goods are non-returnable.
3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, the order is likely being processed by our supplier and cannot be canceled.
