Fizzishops aims to ensure a positive shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it reflects the nature of our dropshipping model.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos and order number, to be eligible.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of international shipping and third-party suppliers, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, sizing issues, or shipping delays.

  • Personal care items, undergarments, and perishable goods are non-returnable.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are not issued for:

    • Delays in shipping caused by customs or logistics partners.

    • Customer mistakes (e.g., incorrect address input).

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, the order is likely being processed by our supplier and cannot be canceled.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, return the product and place a new order.
